SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 37

Congratulating Teresa Anderson of Clendenin, Kanawha County, West Virginia, for receiving the 1998 West Virginia Academic Team Member Award on March 12, 1998.
Whereas, Governor Underwood honored recent graduates of the state's community and technical colleges with the 1998 West Virginia Academic Team Members Award; and
Whereas, Team members are nominated by the faculty of the community and technical colleges of the state and voted on by committee in a program sponsored by the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society; and
Whereas, This honor and award to Teresa Anderson, who is Secretary to State Senator John Pat Fanning and who graduated from West Virginia University Institute of Technology with a degree in Legal Office Administration, should not go unnoticed by this body; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Senate:
That Teresa Anderson is congratulated by the members of the Senate for her academic accomplishments and 1998 West Virginia Academic Team Member Award; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to Teresa Anderson.
